lauren reagan Smith

  I am a Madison, WI native living and loving life in the Twin Cities. Growing up I used to get in trouble for reading books during my classes. As an adult I moved to Minnesota to pursue a degree in strategic communication at the Hubbard School of Journalism (U of M). I am a class of 2020 graduate who is ready to take my place in the advertising industry.

My real world experience lies mainly in social media content creation. My most recent internship for Wildflyer Coffee (a local nonprofit) involved not only content creation for day to day posts but also a complete rebrand with agency Hunt Atkins and a full scale fundraiser campaign to purchase a brick and mortar store. 

My self described 'hobby job' is as a professional dancer. I spent two years dancing for the Minnesota Timberwolves and even got the chance to personally assist in content creation with our FitBit sponsor. Currently I have moved on to cheer for the Minnesota Vikings and now enjoy getting paid to chant "SKOL!" in front of 66,000 people.

In my spare time I like to scroll through Twitter, read classic literature, watch sci-fi movies, and wave excitedly at dogs from across the street. I believe in being as well rounded as possible, no matter what shape you are.
