Frandsen is a local chain of banks that was looking to tackle a new target audience of suburban 18-34 yr olds. To divest from their conservative and older image, I connected with this new audience using insights from primary research. Here's what I found: they want to convey a good financial image to their peers, and they are uneducated and anxious about financial matters.
